We went outside to play with the dogs and saw this gorgeous sunset. Hubby ran inside for his camera and took this photo.

A New Years blessing

I wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I wanted to Thank all my followers and visitors for such a wonderful first year of my blog. I just hit 101 followers, 3000 hits and I am so very pleased with all your support and friendships. I am looking forward to this new year with all of you.

May there always work for your hands to do.

May your purse always hold a coin or two;

May the sun always shine on your window pane;

May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain:

May the hand of an old friend always be near you;

May your heart be filled with gladness to cheer you.

Happy New Year

Your friends,

Honey, Hubby, Dixie and Coco at

2014 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 3,000 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 50 trips to carry that many people.
