Fitness after 40 and functional strength training as we age
I have heard a lot about high intensity workouts. I think it makes sense for those of us that are the aging population. It is especially smart for those of us withe health issues. I find the difficult part for most is to use common sense on individualizing what high intensity for each person.
I watched the video on the foam roller.I would rather try one out before I purchased it. I think that might have difficulty with a lot of those moves. I think the massage/stretching would be beneficial for the muscles but lymph nodes as well.
