Happy Anniversary!
Today is our 32nd Wedding Anniversary which has made me feel over come with emotion. My mind wanders through memories of our journey together. I remember so clearly the moment, when I admitted to myself that I was madly in love with you. I was at a friend’s bridal shower playing a game, my question was to describe the man who I am looking for that I want to marry. I described all the qualities in a man and realized I was describing you.
Benefits of coconut oil in your diet.
I am going to try using coconut oil pulling to improve my oral hygiene. I also will add it to our diet to fight Candida and improve my digestion.
