3 beds out of 4 have been planted

This is our tater tower. We add hay to the sides of the frame and dirt in the middle as the plants grow.. This will increase the plants production. When we are ready to harvest it we undo the frame and the crop will be easy to harvest.

The onions are coming up nicely.

We have planted onions,lettuce, chard, spinach, leak, garlic, peas, sweet peas, string beans,Celery, potatoes… We transplanted the strawberries. We are really pleased with our progress thus far.
