  1. My friend was just telling me about an 80 year old man who was so healthy, except for the fact that he gets kidney stones. I’m going to send this link to her. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

  2. Interesting – thank you!

  3. The article was right on. Kidney stones are mostly due to lack or imbalance of minerals in the body. As the article stated soda, as soda leches magnesium, potassium, and calcium from the body.

Unless you drink bottled water, most US tap water has fluoride in it.

Good article Honey, thanks for re-posting a good find.

I uploaded a new ebook I made, if you are interested. About fighting depression with activity and diet: Your’er Only Steps Away from a Good Mood:

    • I am trying to learn more about kidney stones.Apparently the medicial community has finally made some strides discovering causes other than calcium for kidney stones.

I did not know that soda leches minerals from the body. That is good to know. We have cut out soda 95% from our diet. I found organic unpasturized apple juice… We are trying to find healthy drinks or water to drink.

Thanks for information on you new Ebook. I will check it out.
